Unless in writing, this equipment is being sold on an "as is" basis with no warranties or representations by JT FITNESS either expressed or implied. *All sales of "as is" equipment is final. If executing this agreement on behalf of a corporation, general or limited partnership or any other legal entity, I declare that I am fully authorized to do so on its behalf.

PAYMENT POLICY:

After Customer has been invoiced, we require 1-15 business days to prepare your equipment, depending on the equipment piece and refurbishing process, some items do not apply, and ship immediately, please see official invoice. Custom frame and upholstery colors may take up to 4 weeks to complete. You will be notified when your product is ready for shipment. JT FITNESS charges $25.00 for customer checks returned for any reason.

CANCELLATIONS:

All cancellations prior to shipment or delivery of your equipment must be in writing. Canceling your order after your product has shipped will result in the forfeiture of your shipping charges. In the event that the buyer/seller must commence action to recover any sums on the invoice or dispute their order, it is agree that such action can be brought in the courts of Queens County, State of New York. Buyer agrees to pay reasonable attorney˘s fees and the costs of the suit.

REFUNDS:

JT FITNESS offers a 14-day 100% money back guarantee on merchandise deemed defective on arrival or unserviceable by JT FITNESS or an authorized service provider of said corporation. JT FITNESS will arrange to send a technician to location to evaluate the product. Customer can return product at JT FITNESS expense if the wrong product has been accidentally received. JT FITNESS will pay to pickup the incorrect product and will immediately commence the process of shipping the correct one. If the Customer decides to return the goods for any reason other than craftsmanship or error on JT FITNESS part, customer is responsible for all shipping charges back to origin.
